Delivery & Returns

Free delivery is ONLY available to mainland UK.

Please contact us for a delivery quotation if you require delivery to any other UK location.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of your order with the exception of weekends. Orders received after midday on Friday or during the weekend will be packed and dispatched on a Monday. We aim to deliver your goods within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or standard of our goods returns will be accepted and a full refund will be made. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and can be re-presented to us in the original packaging. One Stop Managed Waste Solutions Ltd to not take responsibility for specifying compatible baling consumables. In the event that the wrong product is ordered returns may be accepted providing that the goods are unused and presented in the original packaging. In this event, the cost of delivery will be chargeable to the customer. One Stop MWS do not offer a collection service and therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to adequately pack and arrange return carriage to our dispatch location. All returns must be dispatched to:

All full refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the returned items providing that the goods comply with our stipulations detailed above. In the event that goods have been ordered in error or the customer requests the incorrect specification or product and carriage charges apply, these charges are payable immediately and prior to return of the goods. Delivery / Carriage charges are detailed below:

  • Baling Tape or Twine - £8.95 per box delivery.
  • Baling Wire - £60.00 delivery
  • All carriage charges are subject to vat.
